The main company purpose of OREMFI BY ASERPRO, S.L. is tax and legal advisory services. All rights are reserved.

For the purposes of that contemplated in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April, hereinafter GDPR, OREMFI BY ASERPRO, S.L. informs you that the personal data collected via the contact form, user registration or any other section of this page will be included in a filing system, the controller of which is OREMFI BY ASERPRO, S.L., Tax Code: B54906425, with registered office at Calle Apolo, 26, 2º-4, Post Code 03182 – Torrevieja, (Alicante), Spain.
The data collected will be stored for the duration of the commercial relationship between the data subject and the data controller. The storage period may be increased pursuant to the tax obligations that may derive from said commercial relationship.
b) Purpose and Confidentiality
The purpose of this collection of personal data is “the collection of contact details in order to comply both with the sending of the information requested, and with the tax obligations that may derive from a commercial relationship requested by the data subject”.

c) Rights of the data subject

These rights are personal and shall be exercised by the data subject, with no other limitations than those contemplated in the applicable legislation.
